Healthy Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

This healthy, virgin strawberry daiquiri recipe is sure to be a hit this summer! Sip this on a hot day by the pool and relax.

I am personally not a fan of alcohol so anytime I ever ordered a strawberry daiquiri, I requested a virgin strawberry daiquiri. The bad thing about ordering one, is it’s usually filled with artificial sweeteners and dyes. Both of these give me a headache.

With this healthy, virgin strawberry daiquiri recipe, the whole family can enjoy it and you don’t have to worry about your health!

How do you make a healthy strawberry daiquiri?

By using real ingredients! This strawberry daiquiri recipe only requires 4 ingredients that you may already have at home.

Frozen strawberries help make this drink ready immediately but you can also use fresh and freeze it for later. I highly recommend using organic strawberries since strawberries are a part of the “dirty dozen” and tend to be sprayed with chemicals.

To sweeten the strawberry daiquiri, I use maple syrup. This keeps all the sugar natural so your body knows exactly how to use it.

Then you add a little lemon juice and water and you’ve got yourself a healthy, virgin strawberry daiquiri.

What do you need to make a virgin strawberry daiquiri?

All you need to make a virgin strawberry daiquiri is strawberries, lemon juice, water, maple syrup and a blender.

Throw all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until it’s mixed to your desire. Once it is mixed, pour it into a glass, add a straw and enjoy.

You could also whip up some homemade whipped cream to top it off if you’d like!

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe

  • 3 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Put all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place in the freezer for 15+ minutes if using fresh strawberries. If you are using frozen strawberries, put in your mix in a cold jar, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
